YOE: 6.7 year

From my understanding from the interviews, my roles will be more or less same in both companies.

I’m job hunting and having fairly decent success so far. Made it to the final round for two jobs but lost both. Thinking it can’t hurt to spruce up my resume and cover letter and optimize my LinkedIn profile. Can anyone recommend someone who does this? Not finding great options via Google and looking specifically for ones who are good with creatives.

Received a written offer from Amazon 4 wks ago, pushed for higher level, reinterview. HM supported it but couldn’t get it done. My og offer went from start date of oct 10 to Jan 3rd. Recruiter said the numbers are locked. I couldn’t reach the HM. Running out of time I accepted. I contacted the HM again saying yay! I accepted. I Have been ghosted for 5 days. Recruiter said background check should come via email soon. Haven’t seen anything. Weirdest experience ever. Why wouldn’t the HM reply?

No offer a week after final on-site interview at Big 4. Was told I’d know in max a few days but no contact. Emailed recruiter today and was told “he’ll send invite tomorrow to provide feedback.” Bust?

On 25th September I have completed my PDM discussion with IBM and HR told me I was selected and they will be releasing offer soon. After that I tried to contact HR, occasionally they will answer my call and telling that it is in process or HR is on leave. I sent many emails but didn’t get any reply. I am interested to join IBM. I have submitted Documents for BGV. What should I do any suggestions.

I have appeared for the interview for SME role in wipro, done with technical and manager round in Oct 2022 month now I am following since 2 month never get any proper update, HR said your profile is selected however waiting for client confirmation, I saw same profile openings in linkdin yesterday and i called HR, she said will consider your profile give is couple of days..but not getting positive response , even I am serving notice period. How much time it takes to get call for HR round after having managerial round of UBS ?

Can I export a list with all emails I sent for the month? I would like to use it to compare to my billed time to make sure I don’t miss anything. Usually I go through my sent inbox but it has so much extra info so it’s not a quick scan. Plus outlook does weird things sometimes like combines conversations so I only see most recent sent item in that convo. Alternatively, do you have a good way confirming you caught all of your email time?

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations.
