Do you prefer ME or LE implementations?

I enjoy the concept of ME, but I’m finding many cases where the customer has no idea what they purchased with a “Launch” implementation

New IBD associate pay bump to 150 at a0 level. How does that affect the rest of the years? And if it does not - does that mean a0 are not getting a salary increase in feb / March 2019?

The partner in my department ‘threw me under the bus’ with an issue on a case which was outside of my control. Without going into detail, it was a big client and she was saving herself. Understandable but naively, I was expecting better.

So I have been in WD Consulting for over 5 years. Had an accelerated start with managing projects and staff and have gotten to a level of mastery in HCM, TA and Talent. I have been module & functional Lead and PM support.

I feel like I am at a cross roads and need some insight on what to do next. At this point I have been looking into product owner, system owner and functional Lead roles where the role would look at more than WD but other system too.

Any thoughts or guidance?

My goal in my career is to make $300k-$400k salary. I’m thinking my best route from workday is in industry as a director of people systems or something similar. Any thoughts?
