I’m currently in the Workers’s comp defense department at a medium-large firm (just over 100 attorneys with five offices), which has a full General Liability department that practices med mal, pi, premises liability etc. But I’m worried that I’ll be pigeonholed and unable to do another area of ID like med mal which really interests me.
