It depends. If they're gonna pitch ideas in, then they can't be the ones judging which ideas go forward cuz they'll pick their own. But I'm all for the best idea goes forward regardless of where it came from

If theyre good writers/designers, they should pitch in to make the work better. If they're not or they're out of practice, they should stay out of the weeds and help to make the ideas better, and sell em.

@Leo our team is set up a bit differently. On some teams I am the only writer. Others, I'm brought in to concept and split a couple with my writer.

Realized I’m scared of leaving Consulting because this is all I know. I’ve been working for 3 years now and I’m scared to exit.
