I really think that the insurance policy given by mediassist is way more expensive for parental insurance, means who will pay for 50k+ premium and that too for large copay, I guess the leadership team should intervene here....Parental insurance is really important for any employee and most of the time is only needed.
Recently I used parental insurance and found that the insurance company only paid for 50% of the total bill.

Hope so.. maybe companies will do more WFH and thus have less office space and in person need... requiring less travel on our part
For some yes, for others no. Overall, probably noticeably less. Companies are already starting to negotiate real estate contracts with WFH in mind. They‘re the ones that pay for us to eat fancy dinners and stay in nice hotels. If I were signing the bill and I could save a significant chunk of my project fees by having the consultants work remotely, I absolutely would. Fly them out for kickoff, mid-project report, and end of project report, with partner & director alternating weeks—one of them on site for 1 day each week.
