Hard to say, the big cities I think you'd be fine... But how about smaller cities like Bentonville? I don't even know where that is but I'd imagine you'd need a car

Just use waze and leave earlier so you don't have to speed

Subordinates not able the handle stress very well and complains to me all the time. Yes, the client isn't the best but he's not a monster. Additionally, they are not being proactive and making mistakes that's easy to be called out. I don't wanna micromanage but it's starting to affect my mood at work too.

I left a great team and high-visibility, high impact project with a client that loved me for a few more $$.

Had I stayed, I would have been festering on comp and constantly worried about my financial future.
Since I've left, I feel financially secure but listless and bored with a lame team on what I've discovered is a skeezy upsell.

To all current Big4 consultants- I constantly see people posting on this app how toxic consulting culture can be. With that in mind, am I better off accepting a F100 rotational leadership development program with first year 75k base, 11k relocation bonus (receive each year for 3 years), 6k sign on, and 6-12k EOY performance bonus.
