Yes if it’s *actually* for all women

I would think about it in the opposite fashion. Making things better for women of color makes things better for all women.
Ooh that's a great take. Stealing this 😁
Only if it's actively inclusive of all women, including BIPOC and LGBTQ* women. This also means having diversity in leadership of the movement. Unfortunately many feminist movements have been white, straight woman centered.
Tangentially, sure. But effort has to be made specifically for WOC to bring them to the same levels as non-WOC. We've seen time and time again that changes made to improve situations for women benefit white women more than others. For example: Create a company goal to hire more women. Great idea and this will result in an uptick of hired WOC. But not at the same rate as white women. We also need to consider issues WOC specifically face (e.g. Unconscious bias against "non-white" names) and build in ways to confront those biases in order to give WOC truly fair consideration

Exactly this. Yes, the levels will rise for all, but since WOC are starting from a lower point we will still be underrepresented in comparison to other women.

Agree with SA1 and EY1.
Am a WW. I know what white people (including women) say and do and think. If we stay in our majority white people bubbles, then there won't be real change. We need to go beyond tokenism to more meaningful hiring, while still making sure we are getting great people in the right positions. It's not enough for me to call people out on their shitty thinking, clapping back at the negative things people say just leads to group censorship rather than real change.
