I just locked my 30yr fix mortgage rate at 3%. Could have also taken 2.875% with less closing credit. Certainly felt like lenders were happy to give me this rate and I could have gotten maybe even lower one if I pushed more aggressively

like

Whos the lender?

I just got a 30y at 2.625% with no points. Maybe it goes lower but I’m happy with this rate even if they do go down.

like

Ok, I looked them up, looks like refinance rates are higher. That's a pretty good rate.

Hope so

How much lower will it go?! I’m at 4.3% and waiting to do a 15 year. Hoping to see 2%..

Just refinanced at 2.5% 5/1 ARM. Wouldn’t be surprised to refi again before the 5 years are up

Dear Fishes, I have offer from infosys 12.5 fix and Accenture is ready to give 13.5 fix. I have heard that there is PIP policy in Accenture and they put random people in PIP. But Accenture provides good hike as compared to infosys. Guys please advice which one to join. Accenture Infosys

One of the women whose account I run has made a name for herself as a well-known wellness influencer. But, her life is a mess. I am not one to judge, and don't want to, but honestly there is a dark side to the socials. In a way, she's taking advantage of the fact that it's just screenshots of her life that she can curate how she wants. I know everyone is doing this to some degree, and there are redeeming qualities to SM - but at what point are we supporting something that's actually harmful?
