Yes I think so
Most of the Indian service based companies have a limited benefits when it comes to parental leaves especially for a father.
Just curious what was the motivation behind this question ?
From my personal experience my team is pretty flexible with this. Before joining Google, I worked at TCS and Oracle India. Both the companies had no concept of paternity leave. It was a 1 week leave at max. On the other hand Google provides 3 months of paternity leave along with Baby Bonding Bonus to be used to get domestic help which gives new parents more time with their little one.
I think paternal leave is lacking in many ways, mostly the culture around it in the office.
