Hello Everyone! Does anyone have a connection at Netflix ! I am an author/marketing associate and truly my dream job is to work on the team that creates/produces Drive to Survive. I am a huge F1 fan! However, I am willing to start where I can and work my way there! I was laid off due to Covid and just trying to get back into the field and industry I love.

Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

Gonna be difficult
It will be difficult to get into the workflow. It will be difficult to have to interact with some of my colleagues who are annoying. I have appreciated not having to deal with them in my physical space
Yes but it will be challenging I expect for a month or more. That's how long it took me to get used to working from home.
I can't handle the though of having to wear uncomfortable business clothes while working in future. I much prefer to work at home.
I've been working in an office-based setting for 6 years, so getting back to it after a year or two of WFH isn't that hard, I guess.
