Just got an offer to a Fortune 100 company in FP&A with 1 year of B4 experience. The position wanted 4-5 years and an MBA was preferred. If you want out of B4 leave whenever you want being miserable for another couple years won’t help that much!

I've been struggling since February to get my WFH setup in a way that works for me. I live in a 2br apartment with my partner so clearing the extra bedroom of distractions (we used it as a video and tabletop gaming room) was an easy choice. Unfortunately my productivity is much lower than it ever was at the office. I don't really get distracted at home, but I'm not getting as much done either. Anyone else still stuck like this? Husband’s work life has been really busy, we’ve rarely spent time together this week and I’ve had to pick up slack in cleaning, making dinner/ordering...etc. When this happens, how do you make up time spent with them? I feel like I put a lot of pressure on myself to make up that time instead of just decompressing myself.
