Started at my first BL firm and seems too good to be true. People are super nice (including one partner who has gone out of their way to help me on questions I have and may end up being a great mentor that I’ve long sought), work is more organized and planned out far in advance avoiding unnecessary fire drills (transactional), training is fantastic and I’ll probably bill the same or fewer hours as I used to and get paid twice as much. The grass is indeed greener!

Hello, How do you organize your classroom in terms of supplies? I have students who tend to make a scene , grab anything close to them and throw it everywhere. These are my more severe students. I'm in desperate need of tips to get genuine buy in from our predominantly white, male senior leadership to create a more inclusive environment. As is often the case, middle management and below is very diverse and then at Director+ it gets much more homogeneous. So far any real initiatives get shot down in favor of performative actions to post on SM. Is this just how it is, or can we try something different?
