Do you think your team being "generally supportive" of you getting promoted is a good thing? I feel like that doesn't sound super promising but maybe am overthinking. I'm a senior at Deloitte (old title above)

Lol this is true

It sounds OK. I’d ask for clarification from whoever said that. But maybe means you’re a bit behind your peers because you haven’t learned the tools and technology and methodology as well as your peers who grew up within the firm. But that you’re doing fine all things considered.

For further context, it would be an "on track" promotion but also a bit early because I joined the firm half way through the year

I’ve been an Admin Assistant for 5 years with the last 2 in a government. I have worked hard to get here thinking this is what I wanted. Now that I’m here, making 40k CAD/yr. I feel like I’ve hit a glass ceiling and I’m desperate for more money and responsibilities - my job is way too easy. But not many opportunities for growth. Any suggestions on where to go from here?

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I am wanting to shift gears and I am at a point where I can invest time in myself to learn through practical experience. The new industry I am wanting to pursue is real estate investment. I have read all the books but want some hands on experience on the property management side. How could I best leverage my skills for a role in this, and what should my expectations be for negotiation in compensation?

What is the value in professional certifications? ACCA, CFA, CIPD, etc.

Most likely getting fired, tips on how to find a job ASAP? I made a pretty big mistake that required supplemental filings with government offices to fix (missed some items when reviewing/comparing long lists of things across 20-30 years). It’s fixable and the client isn’t really getting hurt by this (worst case signing gets delayed), but my anxiety is telling me to prepare for the worst. Can I ask for extra time at the firm to find a new job (so I wasn’t “fired”)? Or should I go for severance?
