Do you trust people who have coding certificates more, or people who are self-taught?

I am an SAP professional with almost 4years of experience. But I am not interested in continuing with SAP and would like to switch to web development. Any ideas or suggestions on how to go about it?

Is such domain change encouraged within the big4 companies internally? And if not, then how much salary can I expect in other companies given that I have to start almost as a fresher again since the technology would be completely new to me?

If you were a junior creative with some experiences in big network agencies, what would you choose between these two :

A - Big network agency, working only on one account but doing potentially award winning work. Very ambitious and talented team.

B - New unknown agency with a small network backup but several accounts, competing for new clients and the will to win awards too. Two creative teams for now but lots of ambition and possibly more growth and potential to evolve as a junior creative.

How much does RA change as you climb up? Is it just being included in the risk assessment process and build on client relationships? What’s it like going to industry? My role gets me SOX experience rather than smaller IA engagements I worked on in the past. Is being too SOX heavy a bad thing?

Hi, Recently got offer from Cognizant and now filling the BGV details. I completed my MCA in 3.6 years whereas actual course duration is 3 year. When i am entering the exact duration (3.6 year) they keep rejecting it saying course actual duration is 3 year. Could you please help here how to proceed?

I just got promoted, compensation wasn’t what I expected but I’m not mad about..

However I was already planning on leaving consulting for a bit and go back to industry. I really like my manager who has been nothing but supportive so far so seeking advice on how to approach my two weeks notice discussion when 1- i’m in the middle of a busy project as a central key role 2- I just got a promotion. I am potentially getting an offer from Meta as a product manager, in active interviews now. Any comp gut checks available for an L4 or L5 product manager? They won’t give solid info on comp until the offer, I don’t want to waste my time. Also, any insight into work/life balance in this type of role would also be helpful. My current role is super flexible and I am pretty happy, so it’s about more than comp increase to me.
