Hello Fishes,
I had given interview Mindtree and cleared both technical rounds. On Tuesday 29 March 2022, I got a call from HR for the final discussion. After that I have not received any response.
I have been calling the HR and her manager, both are not responding to mail or calls.
Is there a way to get some information if my candidature is still in progress or is this delay natural? I have another offer from another company, but am more interested in joining Mindtree.

Yes. A capabilities deck with some realistic pricing is a great way to send the tire kickers packing. Because let’s face it, none of us has time to put together two or three super-custom proposals a week. I will kill myself to respond if it’s a reliable referral or a unicorn creative opportunity, but otherwise they get the canned capability deck. Here’s the outline: Who we are. What we do. A client list with as many logos as I can stuff into it. Some work. Typical pricing. Process. Contact page. It takes two minutes to customize and send. About one out of every 20 prospects that you send it to will want more information or a discussion about their challenge — otherwise they just go away. Which is what you want them to do.
