Do you use drone photography and videography more frequently? What kind of prices are you paying per property? Do you guys use matterport virtual tours?

I’ll do drone video when my next place is built but my husband has a drone. I don’t need matterport for renting but I’ve seen those for selling.

like

I’ve been on the camera side of things for all but drone photography. I could be biased, but in my observation those who paid for professional photography sold quicker than those who didn’t, and I charged based on number of photos. $150 for 36 photos and $155+ (based on home size) for matterport. It’s a phenomenal product, but I personally think most MLS sites do a bad job at pointing to the fact that a matterport is available to view. If you can point it out better, at very least having the floor plan from it is really helpful to buyers

Matterport is great.

EY is actively recruiting for FDD positions across all levels (senior managers, managers, seniors) and offices. DM if you’re interested in applying and we can chat about any questions you may have. At what point should I be worried about my ability or inability as a lawyer? I’m a first year, but feel as though my office has very high expectations from top to bottom. Often placed on cases alone with a partner who is too busy to answer questions. Other times mid-levels sort of deflect when they don’t clearly communicate what they want done (e.g., “draft part of this brief” and gets upset when it isn’t up to snuff). Mainly, I am worried that I am failing at this and am not a good lawyer.

I feel like I have seen this, so just curious: to the extent you move to a state (where there is no office) and work remotely for your current office (in a state you are barred), do you absolutely need to be barred in the state you move to?

If you work for a company that sponsors the NWSL, how are they going to handle this scandal? I would hate to be in your shoes, but I'm also really curious about what the response will be.
