Absolutely!

Pros: wider reach since most candidates nowadays have a LinkedIn, data analytics is insightful, “open to work” makes it easy to find candidates that are looking, you can create templates to make outreach more efficient

Cons: expensive and it’s a passive search so candidates don’t feel as compelled to respond because some aren’t looking

How much is 1 seat on LI recruiter? 6000? 8000? I’m seeing different prices on internet.

I know LI Recruiter Lite is $140/month, whereas there isn’t much transparency for LI Recruiter. I’ve seen posts last year saying it was about $850/month

Hi all, are we able to negotiate salary in big 4. Was informed that it's a rigid pay structure and there's no flexibility.
Also, raised this to HR who kind of stonewalled me and my superior trusts HR so much and has asked me to deal with it myself. Also noticed that the superior has been avoiding any discussions with me ever since. 😐
How should one approach this issue? Would ideally like to stay as I like the job, but I'm kind of feeling restless knowing that I'm not paid fairly.

Former Bainie here, willing to case prep / interview prep/ resume review for a fee. Have helped 20+ people succeed before. DM if interested. This is definitely not for everyone- so if it’s not for you please ignore- but it can be helpful for some people to guarantee high quality prep time so please be polite in the comments.

Hello! Any company hiring for Senior Recruiters?

I applied to several companies a few weeks ago, jobs are still posted, but I haven't gotten a single call, email, or text to interview OR to reject my application....very frustrating!

Is this even a good time to be looking at a career change with all the HR/TA layoffs that have been happening? 🤔 I have a stable job, Im just severely underpaid and struggling to make ends meet.

Hey Recruiters, just need a little help. We have an area that we have historically found hard to staff with sales people. Any websites alternative to, Indeed (reverse), ZipRecruiter, Facebook? To give it away, I’ve also tried “The Utah Job Newtork”, “KSL” as well. I’d be more than happy to chalk it up to volume, but I’ve hit 389 indeed reverse searches (flyering) in 7 days and only seen a 6% positive response rate. I also tried changing the message to see if it was my language. Alright, GO!

What are some good resources for staying up to date with EEO/AA/OFCCP guidelines?

In my previous job there were certain guidelines that were heavily enforced, and with the new company I'm working with they hardly enforce anything. It's left me wondering if what I've been told is specific company guidelines, and not OFCCP requirements.

How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. I am also responsible for sending out updates tracking new hires and upcoming leavers (aka I would be on this list if i decide to leave). If I am looking to leave my company, considering all of these things, how do I do it in the least awkward, most professional way possible? I want to put in at least a two week notice, but will continuing my work after that be weird?

Hi All!

I’m a corporate recruiter looking for my next opportunity.

My company was part of an acquisition and something about the integration process has me feeling weary.

I have agency and corporate experience for tech, creative, marketing, and sales roles.

I’ve supported remote first roles the entirety of my career and take a consultative approach with the hiring managers I support.

Does anyone have leads for recruiting roles, remote, or based in Austin, Texas?

Thank you!

Getting very discouraged. I don’t know if my experience is all over the place or if I’m experiencing age discrimination. My last job was eliminated because of COVID and after many leads no offers. I’m tired of submitting my resume, filling out application after application, only to get an “we regret to inform you”. I hate filling in salary expectations and being over the budget or being under the allotted budget. Sigh…. Frustrated recruiter aka job seeker

Hi everyone! First time poster who is feeling a bit lost. I was with an RPO in the sourcing department, which has recently folded. I would love to stay RPO and ideally full cycle, but technically have only about 9 months exp, though I had years of high profile public relations and event planning experience before becoming a stay at home parent 10 years ago. Any recommendations for an RPO that would take a chance on someone like me? Mix of overqualified, but also very under qualified?
