Tiktok is a great way to build up an audience and get some attention. It doesn't even have to be about showing off your properties though. You can provide useful tips for both realtors and aspiring home owners
TikTok can be an excellent marketing resource but we had to make sure that we're investing some money into making high quality productions that people are interested in watching and sharing with friends. Could be house tours, skits, advice, responding to questions, etc...
Yes! Our agency has been making an effort to have a larger online presence and part of that was creating a TikTok account, hiring some social media marketing people, and producing content on a daily basis. We've already had a few clients reach out to us saying the heard about us from TikTok!
If you have the resources and time to invest in establishing a strong online presence, the payoff can be well worth it

In my case, I use TikTok to draw people's attention to my business, but since it's not a network where you can be easily contacted I don't think it helps me to reach customers directly.
Our real estate agency has a very active TikTok account, people recognize us in the streets thanks to the comedy printed on that account, I think it's good and bad because many people recognize us but at the same time, it makes the agency lose some professionalism.
We use Tiktok as an informative medium to showcase homes and businesses for sale or rent, we have really received a good response from the public, we now use Tiktok more than any other network, and as our Tiktok account grows people are following us on the other platforms.
I thought that the Tiktok platform was not working in our area, but it turns out that many people were communicating with us through Facebook, we started to ask where they had seen us and they said mostly through TikTok, they saw us through TikTok and communicated through Facebook.
In the case of my real estate agency, we only use Facebook, respectively marketplace, it has helped us a lot to grow, we are a small agency that is starting, and being able to have this free service is wonderful.
I tried it for a little while but it didn't help at all. Just isn't the right demographic on there.
