So how do you gauge work life balance during the interview stage? I have an interview tomorrow and no interest in burning the candle at both ends. I also don’t want to disqualify myself by asking directly.

I'm watching the film "The Disruptors" and just crying (hellooooo emotional regulation issues). But it's so validating and frustrating at the same time. I've had a terrible several months at work, and I am relating so hard to the struggles even of the school kids in this. Like my boss is the teacher throwing me into the hallway because they are tired of me. It's also comforting to see who has excelled at their passion with it, even if I can't quite find mine and feel like I'm failing.
