Call them and tell them the new jam isn’t working out. There’s no shame in telling them that. I had to try like 8 different drugs before I found the one that worked for me. It’s about your mental health, and taking something that’s giving you such bad side effects will only make you worse in the long run.
As an aside, if you’re just going through your GP, then I might suggest seeing a proper psychiatrist. My doc just prescribed me some seemingly random stuff he thought might work, but when I switched to a psychiatrist she was much more deliberate and thoughtful about how we went about finding what worked for me.
Good luck!
Have you tried taking the new meds at a different time of day to see if that helps? Second on making sure you are seeing a psychiatrist. Mine is also very intentional on what I am on and why, and we are working to find the right combo for me and my situation. I am able to call or email in between check ups if something needs to be altered or doesn't feel right. It is nice to be able to have an open dialogue and not have to wait for an appointment.
Had that happen. Still drinking one to two red bull a day
Try kombucha instead of sugary stuff like Red Bull. Fix your gut - it helps I swear
Kombucha never gave me energy though
@CDM - shame; it does me. After removing the sugary drinks and replacing with buch I definitely had more energy
Is it over a week or two? Often takes time for body to acclimate
Get your blood tested it could be low sugar or iron (anemia). Might not be medication related but very well could be
