Hi Fishes! I joined Capgemini as a fresher in June 2021 got trained in automation testing for 3 months and later tagged to a manual testing project. I received a hike last July 2022 after completion of one year. As per Capgemini new policy our designations will be changed after 18 months of joining that will be January 2023 can I expect any hike after my designation changes? If yes how much can i expect. Got an offer from Capgemini and they have given doj on 11th july. Later I got the last working day from my current employer which is 29th July. I asked Capgemini to revise my joining date. They agreed and even confirmed that over mail. Now the hr is not picking up my calls since last couple of days. Even she is not responding to my mails. I have the offer letter and their confirmation on mail that they will revise my doj once I get the lwd from my current employer. Now whom should I contact?

I joined on 12th and was offered a joining bonus but just received my prorated salary for 18 days and not the joining bonus.
Does Capgemini provide the same next month.
Any help in this! As I really needed that money due to some emergency

Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

Only one UAN can be active at one time.
But it's tricky process
To transfer pf account you need to give UAN and pf number of old company.
Don't worry your new company won't use pf numbers to find out
Give UAN and pf to new company as you will also need to transfer allocated amount to new companies pf numbrt
Only one UAN for any person, aadhar gets linked with.
Even if you say that if you don't have UAN, when company B try to create a UAN they will get error saying that you got a UAN and UAN will be displayed there.
Not possible that B company can create a new UAN system has been updated like this.
One of my friend recently joined Tcs encountered same scenario.
My friend working in company X got 2 offers from 1 from Tcs and Mid level company Y. Since package is higher in company Y he joined there but, his offer got delayed in Tcs he is working in mid level company Y.
after few days he got offer from Tcs and resigned in company Y but he got some issues in company Y so he hidden the company Y details to Tcs and done BGC after joining Tcs he declared he didn't got UAN and proceeded but later Tcs found out he got UAN and continued with that UAN but they didn't checked work history luckily.
Conclusion: only one UAN per person.
Solution: better get payslip f&f and service certificate from company A . So, there won't be any issue in future.
