Does a Medical Billing business qualify as a SSTB for the purpose of 199? I believe this was in the gray area for a while, so I'm looking for what other have chosen and why? TIA

Those are the data points, basically. The latter determination is what’s so heavy on facts. If they’re truly just billing (not providing any medical services) I’d think you’re okay. Suggest reading the preamble to the proposed regs.
