For manager and above and either pay for phone or reimburse you on your existing plan.

Also - I always laugh at the use of the word “practitioner”- makes our jobs sound so medical 👩🏻‍⚕️

Looking for some perspective:

I’m a 30 year old black man from the hood in SoCal, but now living in a suburb of Salt Lake City, Utah.

My wife is white and you could say that due to my interests (hockey, baseball, and other outdoorsy stuff) and the way I speak, I don’t fit it to the typical mold as a black man from the hood.

My concern is two-fold (cont)

I'm trying to find a meaningful online sexual harassment training that I can assign to all our employees. Ideally it would be something that each year will automatically assign employees to and send out reporting on who is not compliant. We are a small Company and it seems most of what is out there is for very large organizations with 1000's of employees. Anyone have any suggestions?
