I'm trying to find a meaningful online sexual harassment training that I can assign to all our employees. Ideally it would be something that each year will automatically assign employees to and send out reporting on who is not compliant. We are a small Company and it seems most of what is out there is for very large organizations with 1000's of employees. Anyone have any suggestions?

If interviewing for a gig startup (ie Uber, Postmates, etc), would it be wrong for me to ask how Prop 22 is effecting them and what they’re doing to mitigate the potential that it does pass in 2022? Prop 22 was the CA policy that would require all those companies to give their drivers and contractors full-time employee benefits and such.
