If my firm violated employment law and now I want to leave, how do I negotiate/value a severance?

Does anyone know many BGCs are done for each candidate once the offer is accepted? My first BGC was with integrity verification services. They asked me to take selfie, aadhaar, etc. after a week or so, I received an email requesting letter of authorisation for another BGC which needed physical signature on consent form from vibrant screen. Do they have two different BGC for everyone before onboarding? Has anyone else experienced this?

Deep in the throes of decision-making over here -- how are your (economic consulting, finance, tech, MBB, law, etc) firms handling "returns" to the office? Has your company started encouraging or enforcing that you come into the office more? If so, how do you feel about it and how are your colleagues reacting?
