Does Accenture taking COVID proof isn't discriminating the folks who haven't taken vaccine for health or religious concern?

This is a requirement across the nation, not just Accenture. You not believing in science doesn’t constitute as a valid health concern

You’ve posted this same trash in three threads (which you’ve started). Just stay away from our firm or leave if you’re already here.

Idk what religion says you shouldn’t be vaccinated

like

Every major religion has advocated for vaccination. Those that don't don't typically engage in other medical procedures as well as mentioned above, but that also means that you have not been vaccinated for anything else.

like

Do you really think whether you’ve been vaccinated is anywhere near the most sensitive date they have on you? How about your social security number, loyalty program IDs, performance reviews, addresses, bank details for direct deposit, etc

like

It’s not the most sensitive so no need to be concerned around the security of the data!

I haven’t seen the Accenture email but I’d assume there are medical and religious exemptions to the rule.

like

OP - several threads have already mentioned this, they are allowing for religious and medical exemptions

like

There is no religion that had a concept of vaccines. They didn’t even have germ theory back then. And no one will discriminate against the <1% of people who can’t get vaccinated for a legitimate health reason. They are very likely also highly vulnerable to severe illness from the virus if infected so will be doing whatever they can to stay safe.

funny

There aren’t unless it’s a religion created in the last few decades

No, it is not.

Have any of you taken FMLA leave due to a positive COVID case for a member of your household? My husband just tested positive for COVID and I am not sure yet if my 2 toddlers have it. In any event, even if they are healthy, they can’t go back to daycare for awhile so childcare is all on me. I’m wondering if I should apply for FMLA leave so I don’t completely crash my hours, but I am also not sure whether this situation qualifies for FMLA.
