For those that work at Protiviti, could you tell me a little bit about what your solution division and what you do? I’m an incoming risk and compliance intern, but I’m afraid the work is boring and repetitive. I’m thinking about communicating with HR to transition to Business Improvement consulting or tech consulting. What are your thoughts?Protiviti

I am looking for a change after 6 years with the same company. I am actively looking for a new role but haven't been successful getting follow-ups from recruiters. Would really appreciate any guidance, tips or feedback. Also willing to share my resume and CV to see if there's something that I am missing. Hope you all have a wonderful day! 😊

Depends on what level you are going in at and what type of position. Its typical for most companies to disclose salary bands ahead of formally interviewing to not waste either company or candidates time
I had offers from Amgen and several other West coast pharma companies. Same level, different role and Amgen's was by far the lowest.
Ended up at a biotech just making the transition to commercial phase. The base and bonus where at least equal to Amgen plus you have real upside in the equity. The role and location were better.
Typically Bay area big pharma was 30% higher for the same level. Smaller companies outside the bay area were a15%-20% higher so you are probably right. You need a one level boost to equalize pay
