I have a weird experience with KPMG India . Two weeks ago I had salary negotiation with the HR manager. He told me that the offer will be released in a couple of days but I haven't received the offer letter yet.I tried reaching out to the HR manager but didn't receive any response. Shall I take it as no?

EY also does 16 weeks of maternity and paternity leave.
That’s great! Seems to be the same here at Deloitte. I’m on family leave now and everyone has been extremely supportive.
KPMG is too bad in providing just 6 weeks for dads
PwC has the same I think if you just want to hop B4
That’s great to hear M1. I’m taking my full 8 right after promotion and no one questioned it.
