What is the best way to learn about different roles in FAANG?

I was a MBB consultant in India. I am in the US now with a AI products company.

I work well on the intersection of technology and business. I have conceptualised and deployed multiple enterprise products over the last 2 years.

I am looking to move to a bigger organization now. However I don't want to get into corporate strategy roles.

Are you supposed to receive a signing bonus for an entry level job at MBB?

Currently at MBB with ~3.5 years of consulting experience and interested in making a move into PM position at tech. Worried that I would have difficulty even securing interviews.
