I was just offered a CUNY role. The title is Higher Education Assistant. According to Glassdoor, the average annual pay for that role is $83,418. However, I was offered $62,500. I requested for the minimum annual salary to be 75k. Does anyone have experience navigating the CUNY system and their pay?

Florida is a beast with its own rules and regulations within Humana. You need to ask exact functions and expectations of this role. It is not really a contracting role but an Account Management role. It encompasses provider relations, provider load updates or as Humana calls it tasks, market contact for everything and everyone, project management, provider load audits, and many more administrative duties. About 5% of the role is contracting. You use about 8-9 primitive applications daily and 15 plus applications monthly and you have to master those to succeed. If you have any experience you are hired as a 2 and the salary for a professional provider contractor 2 is $76-$84 in Florida.
My market has Senior Contract Professional, Contracting Executive, Associate Director and Director of Contracting. Even though the roles are very similar nominally they vary drastically with pay/responsibilities. Like all companies, salary is not typically known for other departments. I am a Provider Engagement Executive. Based on 5 years history with Humana, I would assume the Professional is 45-60K and higher based on the above roles with director sitting around $110 at the very minimum plus 15% for the contract executive and above. Bonuses are either 6-8% for hourly and 15ish% for salary. Bonuses are iffy for next year. Also they are based on your rating by your supervisor, personal performance, company performance, etc. Also a solid 40% of that bonus is uncle sam's :) Florida is like the area 51 of Humana. Florida is split into different markets and sometimes plays by its own rules.

Curious as well. Did you ever find out what the salary range is? Currently interviewing for same position different region though
It’s likely between 45-60k.
I’d say that is likely pretty accurate or close based on bonuses.
There are also bonuses associated with this role
What’s the exact title? A senior professional is going to be more than the contracting professional 2.
Yeah, I agree with above poster. Probably 45-60k with 5-8% bonus potential
