I've cleared the interview round in TCS. I have uploaded all the documents and docs got verified also. I don't have any pf account in my first company and they are asking for bank details. I have given the bank details but for the 2 months I didn't get the salary because of health issues, took leaves and after that I served the notice period and got the final settlement salary. I think the utilization metric is so flawed, yet it seems to be the number 1metric people rely to judge fdd staff. It heavily penalizes efficiency (if it takes everyone 5 hours to complete something what motivation do I have to be faster only to need to fill any saved hours with more work). I’m a recent grad & began my first career as a marketing coordinator. It’s been quite frustrating to say the least. The company doesn’t understand the purpose of marketing, & recently hopped into the digital world - many of which don’t find it valuable. On the other hand, my manager assigns me lots of copy projects to do & either doesn’t give me informational feedback or completely disregards my work. Before I was hired, she knew exactly how my writing style was like but doesn’t use it. Help! :(
