PSA: I had a horrible experience applying for a job at Devoted Health. Applied online and then got asked to schedule a phone interview. On the day of the interview, I waited 20 min and nothing happened. I emailed the HR rep, he didn’t acknowledge or apologize and just told me to reschedule so I did. I even sent a separate email to confirm the second phone call. Second day of the interview, same thing, no show. I sent an email letting him know that my time is not being valued. (Cont’d)

I work at a small CRM company in SaaS sales. It’s a small 35 ish employee company with a family-like culture.Been here for 7 years and usually make about 125k gross/year. I work remote, travel the world for free few times/year attending conferences, and just try to sell as much as I can. No stress, no quotas and what you would probably consider a “kushy” sales job.
