If you have 20 years of experience, cpa, mba, why are you even on indeed? Feel like you have a far better chance going through your network or recruiters at that point
Plenty of people let their skills deteriorate. Or lack common sense. They cram for the certifications but then don't use half of that info and it fades.
I personally think the testing is ridiculous, but I've worked with plenty of people that had multiple years of experience that would've been weeded out by a simple online skills test and saved us a lot of grief. Both sides of the argument are valid here.

That’s very true. A lot of the CPA programs I’ve seen teach you to cram for the certification and just move on with your life.
