How about you try to meditate for 20 minutes a day... Much better than artificial stimulants and will help manage your stress levels too
Not everyday, but most days. The crash after it has been killing me lately though. How often do you take a break from it?
KPMG: lol I do and have for years... It has not helped me push numbers for Fortune 50 companies any better lol. Adderall did the trick
EY 1: I try to use it <=4 days a week and to never go above 20 mg amphetamine. Will try to take one or so weeks off per month. Google around - many ways to help ease crash. High-fat low-carb diet may help (for cholesterol to replenish neurotransmitters), as does vitamin c + magnesium + zinc. I also love L-tyrosine
Everybody - if you need more of a boost than coffee, consider adding in ephedrine (Found OTC in Bronkaid) and/or L-tyrosine. Meditation is also great
I meditate for 20 min a day and it doesn't help enough. Coffee is too abrupt if I drink it later in the day. May need to try something else.
L-theanine and caffeine pills. Minimum crash, no stress, just focus
Used to take 80mg a day when I was an intern and for my first year. Gave it up bc I didn't want to be dependent on it. Absolutely no difference in productivity. Huge difference in focus. I'm way better at keeping my mind in the game without it, but worse at staying motivated to work 16 hours. Trade off. Add earl economics
Vyvanse is so much better than adderall when it comes to the crashes. It's ok. You're not the only one who needs it to function normally.
I take it M-F. 36 MG of concentra
Starting to wonder if I need to...
How hard is it to get a prescription? I definitely do not have attention issues but some days I wouldn't mind an extra boost
.
Every day here. 30 mg xr adderall, considering moving to 40 soon because I'll be working and going to school in the evenings beginning next month. Such a dramatic drop off when I'm off it, but that's to be expected considering I actually legitimately need it. Sadly, Adderall allows me to function normally.
