Yes. Found out I had a strong vitamin D deficiency because my client site has windowless. Probably affecting everyone more so with COVID.
If not that, 95% chance it’s just sleep, diet, and exercise or lack thereof.
Joe rogan has a great episode on sleep and the science behind it. Episode 1109 with Dr. Matthew Walker. A podcast about sleep didn’t sound interesting to me, but after listening to it, may be my favorite podcast episode. I was hooked on the first 5 minutes.

Honestly I've been eating healthier than ever and taking vitamins since I've been working from home but I've gotten more sleepy than ever lately and I don't know how to justify it. I sleep, drink, and stress the same but most of my usual energy and motivation has been shot to hell. IDK what gives, but I feel you :( you're not alone. I keep telling myself it's normal to feel off given everything that's going on, but it doesn't feel true.
I used to, but it turns out that my sleep schedule was hot garbage. Fixed it up and I stopped getting tired midday unless something specific happened.
See a functional med doctor, or just a reg doc. Taking B12, D, magnesium and iron really helped me. Eat more protein. Get exercise in the day, make sure you sleep enough and it’s good quality sleep. Walk around for 5-10 min during the day every few hours and go outside if possible
Also, it could just be the quarantine drowsiness that tons of peeps have.
Eliminate sugar and simple carbs.
