I got offer Letter from infosys 2.5 months back, now when I am trying to decline the offer by sending a mail to HR, it was not getting delivered as HR left the organisation 1 month back, I forwarded mail to feedback team of infosys but still got the mail from onboarding team with joining details and WebEx link, kindly suggest how to proceed in this case.

Interviewed for a senior consultant position at a BIG4, very clear on role title and compensation range since day 1 and talent team was clear on it too. Ended up getting an offer 25k lower plus a lower title (consultant instead of senior consultant). The offer I got now is less than my current annual income. I have not replied to the offer email yet. I currently have a master’s plus 2YOE in strategy, BD, consulting roles and 2YOE in life sciences prior.
How would you deal with this situation?

I recently accepted a job and its WFH (work from home) then supposed to meet in-office when it’s safe enough, but I’m not quite sure how to be disciplined enough to WFH. After speaking to my manager my position has changed to fully WFH…I turned down a different job because it was fully remote and I knew I couldn’t do the whole WFH full-time option cause I lack discipline. Any advice since I will not be full-time at home?
