*calling big Pharma professionals* my friend wanted me to hop on and ask about a salary that she has received working as a quality insurance coordinator for one of the top 15 pharmaceutical companies. She is making 65,000 Canadian and that would narrow down to 50,000 USD, she wanted some insight on how much quality assurance or regulatory affairs associates or other levels make? Can anyone help me with Infosys payslip.
I joined Infosys with a CTC of 24lpa (15% variable)
Today i received my first month salary and it is only 1.06 lakh.
I am feeling low only as in my previous organisation my CTC was 13.5 lpa and i used to receive 97k including tax.
The CTS has been increased to 10.5 lakh but in-hand is only 9k.

I am in the final stages of interviewing at a company in a mid-size regional city in the southeast. I just found out they want to keep salary near $110k. I have 10 YOE and told them I’m targeting roles closer to $150k. I don’t know the full offering of benefits but assume it is bad (I know they have no current 401(k) match or paid parental leave, e.g.). Is there any way to negotiate this up or should I give up? $110 seems extremely lowball to me. That’s what first-years at big firms make here.

Any EA’s make over $100k base and work fully remote? If so, which company?

hey, fishies! i got a dilemma. would you take an offer that’s $5k less than your desired salary range/expectations? (e.g. you say your range is $115k - $120k & they come back with $110k). but also this would technically be a $5k cut from your current salary, which is pretty much maxed out for its current title/salary band.

HOWEVER, i’d be moving from a midsized agency to a very prestigious agency, which also covers 100% of your healthcare premium AND deductible…

Just accepted an offer with a psych startup. Not exactly the offer I was hoping for as I’m taking a slight pay cut ($73/hr) and it’s a 1099 position. I keep getting stuck on the 1099 piece because I’ll be working 40 hrs/wk, but have been told I’m not eligible to be a W2 employee. Needless to say, no benefits whatsoever. Just wanted to share this which happened with me recently:

So I had a counter offer to make with this company I held offer with.
I called the Hiring representative >> told him that can he raise the CTC to my new expectation (difference of just 2 lacs) >> He quickly denies and says "Stop shopping for offers!"
