I am unaware of the 3rd round results as HR is OOO and has some medical Emergency at home. What should I do now ? I am getting nervous day by day.

What happens with health insurance when you’re terminated? I just turned 26 and am currently still on my parents plan (ends end of this month). Hello all. Looking for thoughts and opinions. I’ve been a sales manager with a small company (I refuse to say it is a start up anymore since they bring in several million in ARR). I’ve been with them for a year and a half. I started at 50k and now make 63k. I am a full-cycle sales manager…the company does not believe in the use of BDRs. There’s no opportunity for growth. Is my salary fair (per MA standards)? I was promised high OTE… but with no marketing team I also hardly get leads.

Ideas for law-adjacent positions in the pharmaceutical/biotech sphere? I see various positions but none post salary so I have no idea how that would match up with expectations. It also seems like most jobs want a bachelors degree plus a few years experience or 8-10 years of experience (without much in between). For reference, I have a MS and a JD with 1 year in biotech and 3 years in biglaw pharma regulatory/litigation.

Anyone have experience working at Lumen Technologies? Or know anything about it? Considering applying to an open position there. Thanks!
