I’m an extrovert, but even extroverts have introvert days. Sometimes when I have a deadline I just want to turn on some music and grind out a high quality deliverable. WFH allows me to do that and not be judged for it. I save tons of money. I can take a break without nasty looks. I can be a human. I never want to go back into an office everyday. Maybe meet up with the team a few times a month for lunches or dinners.
This. Totally agree!
I have little to no desire to go back to a physical office full time at any point in the future. I once had a work arrangement the required us to be physically in the office two days a week. Everyone was required to be there each Tuesday so we could target all team meetings and meetings that absolutely had to be in person on that day. Then we had to be in the office one other day of our choosing per week and we could be flexible about that day from week to week. Each person fell into the routine that met their needs and I was incredibly happy with that arrangement. It was a nice balance of working from home and being together/having physical access to other team members.
I would love to wfh if it gives me the opportunity to limit my interaction with useless people. Though does get hard to explain stuff to obtuse people. 🙄
Don't blame people for thinking you are a nice person.

Do some people? yes.
Do I? Maybe once a week or every other week.
Would love to not go in frequently
Ditto. Once every 1-2 weeks would be perfect.

wfh foreva! I’d like the choice of coming in as and when I feel like it, or when a specific meeting that absolutely cannot be effective over the phone requires me to come in e.g. white boarding session
Yes please share!
I’m all wfh if my hours aren’t 7 am -10 pm 😐
So back to the office it is
I pretty much never work locally. I have zero desire to go back to weekly travel. Occasional travel to meet with clients and teams would be nice. I’d like it to be more about building team and client relationships than doing day-to-day work in an office. I’m not sure when I’ll feel safe going to an office though
P1 - great idea and strategy. I believe the team will appreciate it and these steps go a long way with the team. My only comment is I would not take away their budget if they don’t use it the first time as the client might not have time or due to meetings or other reasons the team member is not able to take out a client./ or client can’t join.

Having a flexible work arrangement is the future

Preferably a couple days a month in the office, but wfh otherwise. I am too used to living without pants.
Bras and shoes will forevermore be my kryptonite.
I just took a permanent 100% remote job with a 16% pay increase (6 YOE 125->145). Going to leave NYC and never look back at working in an office. Remote work is the future!
Salesforce lol
Can we expense meals, ‘cause I mostly want to come to the office to have coffees, lunches and then drinks and nibbles with the peoples
Y’all get free food from your clients or frequently on projects? This was so not the norm my first year in consulting before COVID hit. Why is Accenture so damn cheap?
Working from home saves me from 3.5% local income tax in the city and $200/mo for the train. Let's WFH forever please.

I hate WFH. Get me back into the teamroom with my team and clients. I focus on digital transformation and IoT so want access to real labs and face to face agile sessions.
This incessant Zoom, feeling isolated in my home, and elongated hours, are the downside of WFH.
I wanna do 2-3 days a week to go into the office and chill with friends or grab professionally prepared coffee. Otherwise WFH is the way
I can’t wait. Never really got the hang of working from home (no dedicated office space)
Maybe a split 3/2?
Once or twice a week sounds good for me, I’m enjoying the WFH style!
But I also like the face to face interactions
Never! I enjoy WFH, napping during useless meetings

Me too
Need some sort of balance. Really hope for some WFH but motivation is hard when you can't feed off of other peoples energy
Wfh forever!
I live in a small apartment so I would love to be back in the office so I'm not looking at the same four walls day in and day out. Even better if travel comes back too.
Wfh ftw! Cant do the traveling and being onsite anymore...
