Received a written offer from Amazon 4 wks ago, pushed for higher level, reinterview. HM supported it but couldn’t get it done. My og offer went from start date of oct 10 to Jan 3rd. Recruiter said the numbers are locked. I couldn’t reach the HM. Running out of time I accepted. I contacted the HM again saying yay! I accepted. I Have been ghosted for 5 days. Recruiter said background check should come via email soon. Haven’t seen anything. Weirdest experience ever. Why wouldn’t the HM reply?

The small firm I work for has a terrible turn over rate and I think it is in part due to the firm owner/managing attorney. He seems oblivious to this and always finds fault with the people who leave. Is there any good way to approach this with him or am I better off keeping my mouth shut? Hi All, I got an offer with Paypal. I'm 7 years experienced on Java, Full stack.

Base - 30 L
Variable - 3L (1.5L cash & 1.5 equity)
Sign on bonus - 2L for 1st year, 1L for 2nd year
Stock - 7.5L per year over three years

They have matched my other offer except I didn't get stock option in the other offer.
I see that with my same experience people are getting more Sign on bonus and RSU and even on the base pay. Is this a good package to join paypal ?
