Can any experienced hires at McKinsey & Company or Boston Consulting Group talk about the ramp up and expectations once you switched over (as an Associate or Consultant)? Considering offers and I’m nervous about making sure I perform well enough to make it at least a couple years. My current consulting experience hasn’t been a typical one and I know I still have a lot to learn to be successful.
