Initially it is difficult, headaches and hunger. But as I got used to it, I felt energetic throughout the day and mentally it felt very calm in everything. The mental feeling is hard to describe but it felt good.

I've done an ~60 hour fast before. It feels great after you beat the mental battle of feeling hungry. I recommend to focus on staying hydrated and do not overly exert yourself with physical work. Take walks and do light stretching

I intermittent fast every day but that’s only 14-16 hrs
I’ve done 36 hours fasts and regularly do OMAD - it surely gets easier with practice and now I love it
It’s much easier IMO if you do like Sunday 5pm-Monday 5pm. That way you do 24 hours but don’t feel like you’re skipping that much
