Hi, I have recently got the offer from HCL Technologies, they are offering only 7LPA and I have a counter offer in Cognizant, they offering me 8.8 LPA. I spoke with the HCL HR on the same, HR said that they will revise the offer two days before my joining date. This was happened over the phone call, so I mailed them to send me a mail, detailing all the information we talked over the call, but still I didn't get any mail from them. Now they are urging me to upload the docs. What I do??

OP there is organic chicken liver and that one should be fine. Liver is very high in iron which is great for you! Been eating it all my life and love it. An easy way to prepare it is to just cook it in a little bit of olive oil in a pan (cast iron may make it nicer). You can add a ton of garlic if you feel fancy.
I totally eat it and am happy giving it to my kids. I sauté it (wouldn’t want to eat it raw) in spicy sauce. So good on crusty bread. In Europe organ meats are super trendy and my understanding is that they are good for us (help combat anaemia which I am prone to).
what did you read about it? I eat chicken liver and also give to my daughter
I’ve only heard good things about organ meats. What negative thing have you heard?
Like some outbreaks in Oregon. I was about to include it in my diet and started reading about where to get quality organ meat as I have never given it to my daughter yet.
I am from India and we have always eaten organ meats back home. I have never used it here. Where do you all get it from and how do you cook it
Whole Foods sells it as well as Asian supermarkets if you have an HMart or 99 Ranch nearby. You can also fine organ meats at online sellers like grasslandbeef.com. We get chicken and beef liver from there. I usually just sautee it with veggies for the adults. For the littles, they get it mixed in fried rice or scrambled eggs. Basically the same way I use meat. I also add some to the dog’s food (our dog gets fresh cooked food because she’s the most spoiled creature on the planet).
Thanks
The article I found about people getting sick was when they consumed undercooked or raw liver in pate
This is very much a cultural thing- liver and other organs are commonly eaten in the Middle East (fully cooked). I’d look up some regional recipes to see how they prepare the meat.
Yes I realized now it’s a cultural thing. Never paid attention earlier I was happy eating healthy boneless skinless chicken breast. But my thyroid and other hormones are causing lot of issues. I was researching into including healthy food in addition to supplement and liver is highly recommended. Now the next issue is how to get it. Don’t have a Whole Foods near by best bet would be some farm near but
Ethnic grocers :) Look up halal or kosher butchers (or even a Jewish deli)- they are more likely to have what you’re looking for.
