I'm having so much anxiety about my future. I am going to be an attorney in my country but things haven't worked out as planned and there's no job opportunities for financial crime compliance or regulatory compliance at my level. I'm planning to relocate to the US, I am skilled at policy writing, legal research and project mgmt. There's also transactional attorney career option. I don't know if it's necessary to become a US attorney to do what I love...I'm getting so much mixed advice.

I am interested in moving to another state and realized that this state has one of the most restrictive reciprocity rules in the country. I've passed multiple bar exams. However, I won't get any credit for time I worked in CA because CA isn't reciprocal. I swore I'd never take another bar after taking CA - and now I have to take another exam if we move. I worked in big law in CA for two years and get no credit! Yet the exam has been waived for new grads for COVID. It sure limits our move.

Currently a senior, working hard to promote Manager in a year/two. Firm wants to submit PERM with EB3 senior position and said no promotion should be taken until getting I140. Only less than 2yrs left on H1B. Getting 140 can take very long and don’t want to delay career progress. Is this even right, why cannot file PERM for a future position? What can I do now? I was recently laid off and got another offer with 10 days but wasn't able to hold on multiple offers as I was immediate joiner. Hence I joined the company but I was skeptical because it is product based food package manufacturing company. this is my 3 rd company.yoe -3.5 .net developer. What’s the easiest way to save all the Google slides I’ve created (as an Art Director) when I leave an agency? It’s so tedious sharing with your personal Gmail account (to give yourself access) then saving a copy. Is there a quicker way? In the past, it was all created in a local program like InDesign so this wasn’t an issue.

Hi all, my current title is Motion Graphics Designer. I just finished my probation (6 months which is very uncommon). I proactively asked my manager for a review because I negotiated to have "title review" included in my contract when I got hired as they didn't want to offer Senior Motion Designer. The department head (my manager's boss) is happy with the work I delivered. How should I prepare for this title review and pay raise negotiation? Currently getting paid 88k. I am expecting 95-100k
