Hi Partners! Last year when there was no bonus etc, it was my best year in EY and I actually made more money at EY compared to my previous years or this year(including the bonus and raise this year). Also keep feeling like I have been taken granted and not valued. I also don’t feel mentally challenged with what I am actually doing, just burning out. Want to have this conversation with the team. - After I get placed I had heard I would be at
80s + 10% bonus and stock at 7%

Everything else equal, would you take an offer that is 30k higher in comp (180k vs 150k) but will start GC in 1 year or a lower offer that starts on Day 1?

I need a remote position for a number of reasons.. I'm concerned because the job posting says its a hybrid role. I am not that interested in the position itself but the money is great, it is a dir. position and it would advance my career. I'm willing to come in for meetings but hybrid is out of the question.
