I regularly take a 20 minute nap after lunch. Cannot function without that.

I was SO tired at the very beginning of my second trimester. Weeks 14-18 I was dead to the world. But it took a turn for the better around 18 weeks and I found my energy levels going up. I hope the same happens for you!
My advice is to rest when you need it! Take lil power naps during the day if you can swing it. I’d do mine during lunch. Or take a short snooze right when work ends. Sometimes I’d even just go to bed hella early or let myself sleep in. Don’t beat yourself up if you’re not as productive or can’t find the energy to exercise. Your body is working extra hard right now, so let it rest and do its thing.
