Yes, this has happened to me, mostly when changing meds or when increasing the dosage, but I’ve gotten better over time (my guess is as I’ve gotten used to the meds/dosage?). If this does happen to me now is if I take an extended break off meds (like a long weekend) or if I have a lot of coffee while on the meds.
Literally all the time, twice in a row I spelled my coworkers name “Brain” not “Brian” thank god for the edit button🤦♀️
It’s like your brain creates a block to seeing the whole picture. I assume you find having a break and coming back to it helps a lot - usually something obvious

Yes THIS! So weird we can’t see the whole picture! Why? And what do you do to circumvent this.
I had that problem BEFORE stimulants. But I do still double check things because sometimes things look wrong when they aren't. I don't know why my brain does that but I will be convinced I made a mistake when I totally didn't.
