Anyone want to quit but need to stay for the benefits? I have taken multiple medical leaves of absence for different reasons. I've always been healthy but have had severe medical requirements in the past year come up.
My benefits are great but I'm worried that
1. Other companies won't have insurance policies as good as the one I have now that would cover medication and leaves of absence
2. I genuinely feel that the employer has taken care of me and as a high performer would feel guilty leaving

I was an MBA intern and FT hire at Deloitte. Been here 3 years, been at M for the last year. You can use distinct count on a pivot table by turning on the data model feature:
Create the pivot table as usual, but before hitting "OK" you can check the "add to the data model" at the bottom.

For any "Values", an additional option will apear - distinct count.

P.s.: I'm part of the team that will tell you NOT to use a pivot table, but they have some advantages
