Any tips and tricks people use to not do this? Winter weight is adding up.

Healthy snack food- keep cut up fruit and cut up cucumbers, beans, radishes, carrots to munch on.

Drink hot broth for satiety and comfort.

I've read that people eat more in the winter because their metabolism increases slightly in order to keep them warm. They overcompensate for that slight metabolic increase by eating a lot more and then gain weight.

I started usimg a standing desk, and now my calf muscles, ankles and knees are really sore. Did anyone who got Moderna vaccine get a flare up of seborrheic dermatitis?

I got my first flare up of this autoimmune condition 5 days after my first Moderna dose and it’s only gotten worse since (I have been doing treatment). I was doing some research online how covid patients in hospitals got the condition so I wasn’t sure if it would be related to the 2 doses of Moderna vaccine. Just thought I would ask if it happened to anyone else.

Looking for some advice. I'm 35 turning 36 soon. After 2 months of trying with my husband, I got pregnant. We were so happy until finding out 7 weeks later we miscarried. My doctor is telling me to wait another 6 months and keep trying. Then we would start looking at fertility and going down that route. I have a good skincare regime. I used to suffer from severe acne few years ago but I had it under control until lately I noticed I have been breaking out bad especially near my chin and side of my face. I work out atleast 5 days a week but I shower (body) after workout and I also use BHA, retin A, vit C & moisturizer almost daily. I suspect it’s because I don’t wash my hair daily every time I workout. I don’t want to wash my hair daily but seems like I will have to do it. Any recommendations?

Hi friends, I joined CG in Dec as senior consultant (C1) in gcp devops with 22 LPA(20 +2 Variable) for 7.5 years experience. but i also have offer with IBM for 18 LPA. i have 1 year old baby so im thinking IBM might be better choice for WLB and WFH for future also.

I was in my ideal body weight until the last couple of months when I gained weight (I stopped working out and I was not eating healthy at all). I retook IF, healthy eating & exercise (HIIT mostly) to start off the year - I know 2-3 weeks is nothing but I'm getting frustrated because it's been easier for me to lose weight in the past yet I'm not sure why I see no changes this time. If anything I feel more flabbier and soft.
