How great would office emojis be in this app?
My friend who just finished undergrad got reached out to about being an Executive Accelerators (XA) Tech Analyst at D by an experienced hire recruiter (it's odd to me that they'd have an experienced hire recruiter do this out...) Curious if anyone knows how this job is different from a traditional consulting role at D, what XA is, and what compensation generally looks like here. Thanks! Deloitte

Honestly just pay your loans off, look into FIRE, make smart money decisions and keep your eyes open for an exit. Keep doing an awesome job obviously but don’t think you’re going to miraculously start loving it.
