Yes I used to have the most degenerate manager until I switched. My brain would get so foggy I couldn’t think or keep a clear mind, felt angry and pissed off most of the time.
Time to switch roles! I know, easier said than done ..
My previous boss had me breaking out in hives on a daily basis by the end. The lateral move I made provided an incredibly supportive team and therefore more potential and room to grow than I would have had if I stayed in the toxic environment.
This happened at the last place I was at. I had such severe anxiety that I would feel just SICK to my stomach as soon as I walked in to the building. I had to find a new job, I just couldn't handle it anymore.
Me! My company is so poorly ran, I do the work of a supervisor, manager, and director, have double booked, back to back meetings all day every day, and i have 14 people reporting to me. Add to it no direction, too many cooks in the kitchen, and 60 hour work weeks….I throw up at least twice a week.
Looking for something else but it can’t come soon enough!
Need your help. Capgemini has not paid me incentive in my fnf. Now my manager is saying you were not "eligible" for it. What should I do? Any escalation point who can help me here?? Capgemini
AWS Organization - Can somebody in the know elaborate on how AWS is organized? Which parts of AWS are problematic to be part of, and why? What are the advantages and disadvantages to working there? What is the interview process like?
